Small dots on lips

I have a small dots on the corner of my lips. Also i have small white dots on my upper lips , is it a sign of vitiligo. Or any other disease. Pls reply soon

It's called Fordyce spots.. Improvement possible.... Do direct online consultation  by sending photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
