Small dots in legs

My son aged 7 years have the attached picture of skin dots from past 2 years i think .what is it and what is the reason for it .is it anything to be worried about .no itching nothing but only this dots in legs and no where else.what should be done next.

Hii , Pls do not worry , it can be  treated . Apply moisturizers intermittently Reduce soap application
