Hello. According to the report it is small cell carcinoma of the Right lung. IHC is advised for confirmation. Small cell carcinoma is definitely treatable with chemotherapy and addition of radiotherapy in limited stage disease. You will need additional investigations to determine the stage of disease before starting treatment. Thanks
