Sir from past three days am observing small bump ( dot size) in the corner of lip not exactly in da corner.bump color is same as cheek colour,no whiteness,no pain n the bump is not increasing,it is in same size..Should I concern ?

Bump is a very vague term we need to be specific to diagnose it. First of all we need to find it out why the bump occurred. Is it because that area is being bitten occasionally. Any habits have to be taken into consideration. Etc So it would be better if u show it to your nearby dentist.
