Hi, I am feeling a very small bump on left palatoglossal arch from last 6 hrs. It is painless but annoying. Pls help me to solve it as soon as possible.

On short duration history, it is likely inflammatory/lymphoid or minor mucosal swelling. Immediate intervention not required at present.
Next Steps
Warm saline or diluted povidone-iodine gargles 2–3 times daily. Avoid spicy/hot foods and local trauma. Do not manipulate or press the swelling. Maintain oral hygiene.
