Am having small boils or pimples on my back.there r many on my back.they don't have any pus in them just blood when u prick them.any treatment to get rid of them ?

u need to show a dermatologist as they could be acne . there could be other reasons like dandruff , sweat or any other reason ,without seeing them its difficult to treat but a retinoid based cream on back would help
