Small boil like rash in fingers

2023-06-05 04:32:58
Hello, My daughter is 6 years old and we found these small boil like rashes on her fingers this morning. It's there only in her fingers and no where else. She says it's not itching. Is this an allergy or something else. Please advise on how to proceed. Have attached pic for reference. I would be grateful for any advice you may have. She sweats a lot in general and otherwise is at home due to vacation.  No outside activities or exposure to sand etc. Thank you.
