Small Blister on the Back -With Pictures

My father aged 58, got a blister like thing on his back which was scratched by my kid 20 days ago and caused to bleed. He took home remedies but the size has not reduced yet. He is Diabetic and got BP too. Will it go away on it's own or is a cause for concern? Attached more pics as asked.
