Slow rising hcg
Hi
My hcg levels increased by 136% then slowed down but value is still.increasing by just 300miu.
My LMP was on 14th may on June 23rd blood test came negative and on July 5th urine test showed positive on July 7th HCG 757, July 9th HCG 1787, July 12th HCG 2078, July 17th HCG 2328.
Kindly let me know what it is. July 6th I had scan and there was no sac seen but cyst on right ovary was diagonized.

Hello..
Bhcg level has a discriminatory zone of 1500 to 2000 mU/ml below which gestational sac cannot be seen by Transvaginal sonography..
On July 6 , your Bhcg level was quite low therefore pregnancy sac could not be seen ..
Now with Bhcg value of 2328 , get a TVS done to confirm the location of gestational sac & duration of pregnancy..
It’s important to rule out ectopic pregnancy & non viable pregnancy ..
