Slow Processing Speed in my child

My child takes a lot longer than other kids to respond to directions or do certain tasks. I am concerned about slow processing speed of my child please help.She is 9 years old and is in grade 2 in school.

First of all go for neuro cognitive and behavioural assessment of your child , then set appropriate goals for her.
Next Steps
Don't get panic some times children becomes slightly slow because of various reasons assessment from psychologist will help you a lot.
