Hello .. i am 23 year old male . from last one month I have problem of frequently going to latrines and slightly have stomach ache and chest burning also. even i had problem of frequently urination problem. now soon after eating i am getting sweat and feel like whirling. even i feel like tension in my mind even though I dont have any tension. pleas
