From 3/4 days i am having slight stuffy nose and like my nostrils sometimes i feel as mucus is draining in throat but it doesn't comes out! How to relieve it ...Before also my one nose remained close but right now both nostrils are blocked

Seems most likely post nasal drip. Take tab Levocetriz 5 mg at night for 7 days and nasal steroid sprays (eg: flutiflo 2 puff twice daily in both nostril) for 7 days. Avoid dust and cold.
