There is a slight pain in the left temple area of head and pain in left jaw(Suddenly at night or any time ) and slight pain in left side of chest. What problem it can be ? I am really worried

I don’t think this is cardiac in origin. Could be dental or neurological. Meet a good dentist or neurologist
