I feel a bit of itchiness in the rectal area I have been diagnosed with a fissure A chronic one On the outside of my skin in anus The sensation does feel there Is it because of the fissure My dr has asked me to leave it as it is

Itchiness is rare in fissures. However it might be worms ,fungal infections other causes which can cause it. Consult  further.

Go conservative for Fissure management if possible U can add tab citrizine 5 mg once daily for 5 day
