I had a migraine yesterday. and today my head is hurting slightly but constantly all day. My hands are very cold. I feel like i have no energy.

Rule out polycystic ovarian disease. For migraine , take tablet combiflam twice daily for 3 days, when severe take tablet DART stat dose. You may be having fatigue, because of anaemia, confirm by doing complete blood count, if haemoglobin is less than 9 start tablet ferrous fumerate daily twice for 1month.
