Slight discomfort experienced in GIT

2021-06-27 07:24:31
I've been experiencing anxiety since I have my exams approaching but I've had these episode of feeling full and defecating, even though I would have passed it . I don't want to suffer this kind of discomfort on exam day . I've been lately eating outside food but not a lot to cause such weird sensation in gut. Is this anxiety and increased mobility of gut or maybe cuz of eating outside food ( but I don't eat a lot also)

It's due to anxiety and increased gut motility. It's normal .. Don't get stressed.

It is because of anxiety and lack of sleep , try to have small frequent meals and fresh home made foods , and best of luck for your exams.
