I am getting slight ankle swelling from few days and pain in the legs as well. Kindly suggest the solution. I am 38 year old and weight is 68 kg.

Dip your  ankle in hot to warm water for 5to 7 min. Eterocoxib Mr two times a day after food for five days.  Don't put your leg  hang up it on stool. At bed time  put three pillow  under leg. Cbcto know about hb.

More information is needed. Take tab flexon m.r. one every 8hours for 4 days, after meals. Tie crepe bandage over affected part for walking , soak ankle in warm water fir few minutes 2 to 3 times per day. Do X-ray of ankle to exclude fracture.
