Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with Sliding Hiatal Hernia - Hill Grade 3. Can this be cured? Only medication is enough or do I have to undergo surgery? Symptoms have become worse lately.

its both sliding and rolling type , better to go for laproscopic fundoplication.
