My wife is 20 weeks to pregnant. She slept on her back yesterday night and she is having pain on her back. Is it normal? She always sleeps on the left side but accidentally she slept on her back. Please advise.

Nothing much to worry Back pain in common symtpom in pregnancy due to weight bearing Advise to have local pain killer ointment and massage Take milk and calcium vit d supplementation daily
