Hello, its a vicious cycle ,lack of sleep triggers acidity and vice versa. From now onwards stop taking foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.avoie alcohol that irritates stomach. Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse.Do breathing exercise before going to bed . Don't sleep during day time . Have only curd rice ,dal rice at dinner. Go to sleep after 2-3 hours of dinner.
