Babies sleep for most of the day for the first two months especially and wake up only for feeding and wet diapers. Mothers often fear regarding feeding and feel not confident about the baby's milk intake.  Some babies feed more at night and sleep through the day. If no fever, no vomiting,  good urine output and good weight gain, then no problem.
Next Steps
If less urine output, vomiting, fever, and poor weight gain, see your doctor immediately
