How can i make my self sleepy andd make my eyes feel comfertable and have a happy sleep at night????

U can follow sleep hygiene...if it doesn't help...medicine are available which are not habit forming n very safe...an e- prescription will help u get the medicines...I can send u the prescription by e mail or whatsapp

Avoid looking at the bedroom clock. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco near bedtime. Exercise during the morning or afternoon. Eat a light snack before bed. Adjust sleeping environment for optimal temperature, sound, and darkness. Do not worry right before and in bed. Use the bed for sleeping. Do not nap during the day
