I have difficulty falling asleep even after a tiring day. I fall easily during the day but take 3-4 hours to sleep during night time . This has really made me tired during the day.

Your sleep cycle is broken. You fall sleep easily during daytime because you are having backlog of sleep in night and you cant sleep during night because you might have slept in daytime. The normal rythm is lost so try that you dont sleep while you feel sleepy during day hours. After a little effort you would be able to get good induction of sleep during night hours.
