I want to ask a question regarding my mother ,she is 60 yrs old and from last 1 month she is complaining that she is not getting sleep late night.so as she is in Kolkata she went to a general physician and they firstly saw her BP was a bit high so the doctor prescribed some BP medicine and now her BP is normal and for her sleep disorder doctor prescribed 1 mg sleeping pill and said she can take it as long as she can , therefore I wanted to ask is it good to take such sleeping pill .does it have any side effect?
