I thought I'm reading my own problems. Please try to get at least 6 hours of sleep in one go. Lack of sleep may cause mild headache after waking up. Drowsiness all the time. Never feeling fresh. Puffiness of face and around eyes. Weakness and lack of energy.
Please do morning walk daily.
Get exposed to morning sunlight. Melatonin section will reset your circadian rhythm (body's own clock system).
Healthy diet and avoidance of intoxicants.
