Spleen can be palpable that Meens can be felt over the abdomen in less than 6 months upto 1-2 cm...can be felt too upto 12 months in lean babies..but it should be soft in consistency. Any palpable spleen hard (firm) in consistency is abnormal. You didn't mention those things like...what is d size, consistency..
