Hi , iam having a little one of 11 months old , via c section .this was my 2nd c section . Iam continuously ganing weight .due to this pandemic feard to go out for walking also . Can I start skipping rope at home. I had LSCS 11 months ago , is it safe for me to start skipping . please help
