Some years back I've noticed tiny growth under my penis. And its really giving me concern now. And I've not tell it to anyone. I'm afraid its a sexual infection, but truly I have had no sexual activity before I began to notice it. Also I have low fat in my arms and legs. Sometimes I also experience peppering sensation in my penis when I urinate.. Please help me doc. Also, sometimes I have halitosis due to a yellowish substance that eject from my mouth on a very dry day. Please help me out Doc.
