My doctor advised me to use kojimed ultra cream at night with a peeling face wash, the doubt is I sleep at night due to night work and get up at 10 or 11 am in the morning,I stay inside of my house itself and workout around 4 to 6 and then take a bath,so should I have to wash my face and put sunscreen as soon as I get up or is it okay if I put sunscreen after my workout incase if I workout in the morning or afternoon, since working out will release sweat and would have to take bath again after workout, please clear my doubt
