Hello, please advise what is the best and safe way for skin tag removal from the shoulder. Also could you advise what is the cause and will it be stopped once it is removed? Thanks

Yes it can be removed painlessly  and bloodless with safe way by rf and co2 lasers.just maintain your weight .must not be obese .and by exercising daily
