Skin tag/warts

Age 24 Weight 110kg In thyroid 75mcg medication I have these black warts or skin tags... I don't know what they're  called...in Hindi massa How to remove them Some are from 4-5 years and a few are just grown. Please suggest how to remove them without any operation. These cause itching. Mainly they are near the neck and armpits. Some under chin which causes problems while shaving. Please find attached photos

You can excise them by consulting a surgeon.... These are naturally present in many individuals... Not to wry . Some people tie horse hair at the base tightly which hampers with the blood supply and slough out naturally within 10 days but this is painful

Go to near ayurvedic physician .He will tie these wart with a thread or with an horse hair for few days then it will remove after few days automaticaly.
