Skin tag on vagina?

I've got what looks like a skin tag next to my vaginal lip. It's long in width but quite short in length. I've looked at pictures at genital warts but it doesn't look like them. When I have sexual intercourse it sometimes feels like friction burn (this was before I discovered the tag) do you think it's possible that this tag is a result of friction? I've had it for about 3 weeks roughly.
