Skin spot after large acne

I was facing acne problem too much approx 5 year ago. But 2 big acne coverted drak spot on my skin near the eye. I consulted many doctors but they are not telling me why this happened?.
The dark spot is dead skin. Its on my face for more than 5 years. This is not nomal dark spot. The skin is dead.
Please check the pic also.
Please tell me why this happened and what is the solution for this , i want to remove this circle.
