At age 24 non smoker , non drinker msc clinical psychology student. spots small red  on my back and one  cysts type since a 3   years no treatment taken . If I  bath with normal soap daily it shrinks and become very small but doesn't cure when sweat etc It becomes a little large what can it be no pain no itching etc .  (lft , CBC, KFT, tsh normal as tested in March 2023? Kindly suggest some safe product to apply there if it can cure pics below Kindly suggest which soap can cure it and if any lotion or anything required and removing it will be painful needs to get addmited etc
