Hole body full of pimples. i keep scratchjng coz its become unbearable. and blood keeps coming out gets fixed scratch blood repeat cant help scratching. skin turned red and full of dots

It is unusual to have pimples on the whole of your skin, at most it can be on face and upper back. Such a presentation is unusual and you should meet a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis. The treatment can then be initiated based on the cause of your skin problem.
