Hi Dr, my skin become reddish and start itching wen my body exposure to  sun light . Is there any food creats this allergy .

Hi. Your symptoms are that of solar Urticaria or possibly polymorphic light eruption. You can use sunscreen  to prevent the episodes. Best would be to consult a dermatologist.
