Kid has got red spots on body around 5 days before and suddenly it is increasing.kid is around 6 months old

seems like the child has developed papular urticaria ( in simple terms insect bite reaction)

plz visit a dermatologist, to rule out other conditions ( as you not mentioned if child is sick or is running fever)
