Whenever I feel hot or sweat and even at night when I'm about to sleep my back itches a lot. There are small tiny bumps on my back which are spreading and has reached the back of my neck. At first I thought it's prickly heat and I applied powder which made it worse. Later I applied body lotion on it but it gives only temporary relief.

Hello! You may be suffering from sweat dermatitis or truncal acne. Anything that occludes the skin pores may worsen it such as powders. Better to take a consultation before starting any medications.
