Hi. Greetings.  Winter can be troublesome for many people with dry skin and preventing eczema in them can some times be a challenge especially due to dry weather. This further becomes a problem in elderly individuals since their natural oil production by the skin is very less.  Hence must use a mild moisturizing soap and thick moisturizers preferably free of fragrances and allergens. ( sorry, better to avoid sharing brands on an open platform ) . Even using coconut oil daily is a good option.  Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Therapeia Skin Hair and ENT Centre, Bengaluru
