I Am On A Trip In Spain . Only Having Fruits Here Since I Am A Vegetarian. Initially Felt Ears Are Hot . Now Have Black Gums And Red Rashes On Skin With A Mild Itches Over Upper Torso.

Hello sir. All Fruits would not cause any of the symptoms you are describing,  it must be a specific juicy fruit that may be is an allergic protype for you. Please try to identify the same and avoid it. You may take tab. Allegra 10mg stat for the akin and gum reaction you have. Apply calamine lotion to the parts of skin which are itchy or reddened.
