Skin rashes after Vaccination

I was vaccinated 9th may. After 3 days of vaccination rashes appears on my back side and thigh. After using candid powder nothing changed, only etching becomes low. Rashes moved from back Side to side oblique and below my waist. Is this due to vaccination? Or should i consultant a dermatologist?
