Hello doctor., for more than 5 years, I am having  broken skin problems only on both the tumb fingers. Sometimes it's cut and inner skin is visible. During winters it's very intensive. Tried applying coconut oils, consulted dermatologist and tried few oilments , but no improvement. I don't do any physical or hard work using hand that can cause such problems.. Seek your opinion for possible reasons and treatment options.
