I was wondering if you could help us with a skin condition that my son developed over a course of a week. Yesterday it flared up. Especially on the inside of his right elbow and on top of his upper lip. It's red, raised and warm to the touch. He also says it's hurting him. (previously to that it was itching _all over his body_). He didn't eat or apply anything new and we were wondering why his skin developed a rash. Your input and advice would be highly appreciated.
