I saw a small bump in my palm yesterday and it slowly started increasing all over my palm today. 20 of them appeared mostly between fingers and slightly itchy. I feel like pricking on the spots when I close and open my fist. Some appeared in my soles also. Iam worried whether it is symptom of bad medical condition. Please explain and advice me what to do.
