Skin Rash- Allergic Reaction

I have vaginal infection for which I took one tab each of Metrogyl 400, Secnil Forte and Fluka150 yesterday after which I developed a skin rash similar to the one I get after taking any medicine containing ofloxacin ( I am allergic to this). Please suggest which medicine should I stop and also what should I take in it's place.

plz take tab cetrizine 10 mg immediately and if severe consult a physician near you for clinical examination and accordingly if needed iv anti histaminics can be given
