Can I use cosmelite cream for fading the dark spots on my face formed by pimple eruption. Please tell me whether it works

No it will not work. In fact cosmelite contains potent corticosteroids which may cause severe sife effects like acneform eruptions, thinning of skin, hypopignentation etc. It is not at all advised to use such creams without a Dermatologist's supervision.Regards,Sólskin Professional Dermacare kharadi, Pune
