Before 2-3 months on my right I seen a spot and feel itching and after some days it becomes bigger and and itching started more I consult to a doctor he gave me a cream... that cream work only when it applied after some time it becomes same please suggest me some good option to get rid...

The pics you have posted suggests its a Fungal infection but we need to check other areas affected and also some more information like duration etc to confirm the diagnosis.
