I am a Filipino working in Dubai, UAE. I just arrived here last December 2017. A few weeks ago, I started to saw red spots in my arms somethimes there are very visible and sometimes they aren't. I thought it is only because of the wind and the change in temperature. But few days pass by and I notice the it is starting to appear also on my body. They are not itchy. It is only there as if I am a Dalmatian. Still sometimes they are very visible and sometime they are not.
