Sir there's a little thing just beside my shoulder under its skin...i don't know what to call it but it feels like little stone ball its very hard when I touch it...I m adding 1 more thing that b4 3 years I got d same prblm in that same place but that turn like a sore n 1 day I saw something very little hard black thing came out from there whts it
