Since how long have you been using the cream? Metacortil-lite is a triple combination cream containing a topical steroid. Prolonged use of such creams can cause pimples, dryness, burning sensation, redness etc. Please stop applying the cream ASAP. You could visit a dermatologist for treatment of pimples and other skin changes.
